Wedged Cut
A small or small/medium tomato cut into six equal wedges.  This product can be dried to any particular specification.  This is the standard product used in most applications for semi dried tomatoes including pizzas, hor d’oerves, antipasto platters etc.
Sliced Cut
A medium large tomato sliced through the diameter to a thickness of 10mm and then dried.  This product is ideal for garnishing on pies, casseroles etc.

 

 

 

 
Diced Cut
A wedge of semi dried tomato that is cut into cubes of 10mm.  This product is ideal for garnishing items such as pizzas, foccacias etc

 

  

 

 

 
 
Roma Halves
